We’re thrilled to unveil a major leap forward in the X1 Miner app’s evolution! Our team is hard at work developing a brand-new, state-of-the-art authentication system that will redefine security, usability, and convenience for our users. These updates are designed to enhance your mining experience on BlockDAG, bringing you faster access, top-tier security, and a personalized touch that sets us apart from the rest.
Although these features are still in development, we’ve completed the initial designs and are simultaneously building out the backend to bring them to life. Here’s a sneak peek into what’s coming and how we’re making it happen!

Our design team has been crafting an intuitive and visually engaging user experience for the new authentication system. These designs prioritize simplicity, clarity, and ease of use while maintaining a sleek and modern aesthetic.

But for those who’ve enabled biometric authentication, the system will automatically recognize you, letting you skip the password entry and get straight to mining! No password? No problem! OTP-based logins via phone or email are here to ensure that you’re always just a few clicks away from accessing your account. We’ve built intelligent error handling into the system, so if anything goes wrong (like an incorrect password or OTP), clear and concise prompts will guide you through the process, keeping things smooth and user-friendly.

Forgot Password Flow: Secure Recovery, Hassle-Free!
We’ve made the password recovery process so simple—and safe—that you’ll wonder why you ever worried about losing access in the first place! It all starts with phone number verification, followed by setting up a new, secure password. We add an extra layer of security by sending an OTP to your email or phone to confirm your identity before you’re allowed to finalize the change. Once you’re back in, we’ll even invite you to set up biometric authentication for even faster future access!
